This comfortable villa, nestling on the Saint Roch hill, offers breathtaking views of the Luberon massif, Mont Sainte-Victoire and the picturesque surrounding countryside.
The villa
The interior of the villa is designed to offer comfort and conviviality. The 36m² living/dining room has a modern wood-burning stove and opens onto a south-facing terrace. The fully-equipped separate kitchen also benefits from access to the conservatory and garden. The house also has a fully-equipped linen room and a storeroom.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes. The largest bedroom opens onto the terrace, offering a magnificent view. Two bathrooms, including one on the first floor with bath/shower, and separate WCs complete the layout.
The exterior
The property, surrounded by 2500m² of enclosed grounds, is planted with olive and fruit trees, creating an idyllic setting for a relaxing stay. On-site parking is available for up to three vehicles, with dedicated space for secure bicycle storage.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private and secure 8m x 4m swimming pool, or relax on its equipped beach. For al fresco dining, a shaded terrace with barbecue and plancha is available, while the veranda is perfect for breakfasts on cooler mornings.
Services designed for your comfort
Additional services are available to enhance your stay, including bed and bathroom linen, bathrobes, a cot and high chair on request, and foutas for the swimming pool. An office area with printer, free Wi-Fi, TV with DTT channels, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, books, toys and board games are also available for entertainment.
A cleaning and linen change service, available on request at an additional cost, ensures comfort throughout your stay.
Please note that the house is non-smoking and that pets are not allowed, in order to preserve the tranquillity and cleanliness of the premises.
