Rooted in her native Provence, La Fenière is more than a restaurant: it embodies a relocated, sustainable and deeply human agricultural and nourishing present.
At the foot of the Luberon, the house opens onto a vast wooded park, offering a peaceful setting where nature inspires every dish.
La Fenière champions a gastronomy that connects agriculture, food, health and pleasure, relying on local producers, sustainable practices and a culinary creativity turned towards the future.
Each meal thus becomes a virtuous and joyful experience, where Provençal flavors meet innovation, and where taste is rediscovered in all its richness.

The first Michelin-starred chef 100% gluten-free, Nadia Sammut turned her fight against celiac disease into a creative force. Born into a family of gastronomes, she took over Auberge La Fenière in Cadenet alongside her mother Reine to invent Cuisine Libre®, a committed, inclusive and joyful gastronomy.
Passionate about both cooking and chemistry, she experiments with alternative flours (rice, chickpea, chestnut, quinoa…) and works hand in hand with local producers. Recognized by the Michelin Guide, Nadia Sammut embodies a cuisine that is healthy, sustainable and deeply gourmet.

At La Fenière, each meal is a true experience in itself. Everything is designed to be virtuous, delicious, regenerative, nourishing and inspiring:
La Fenière embodies a positive vision, carried by a collective engaged in every link of the chain: agriculture, food, health and taste.

Cuisine Libre®: Nadia Sammut and her team offer a creative gastronomy, 100% gluten-free, free from unnecessary refinement, yet always generous and gourmet.
Local and Seasonal Products: vegetables from the garden, heirloom varieties, sustainable fishing, organic or sustainable farming.
Environmental Respect and Authentic Taste: waste reduction, flours milled on site, carefully selected local farms and producers.
Gastronomic Recognition: Le Goût du Bonheur is a Michelin-starred restaurant, praised for its atmosphere and unique commitment.

The menu reflects the identity of the house:
