Each creation pays tribute to local tastes: almond from Cucuron, fig from Solliès, lemon-ginger, honey and pine nuts, naturally infused lavender, or verbena from Pertuis. For the curious, a goat milk version rounds out the menu.
All ice creams and sorbets are homemade with fresh milk, and contain no artificial colors or flavors. Homemade whipped cream, artisan cookies, Madagascar vanilla and Ardèche chestnuts: each ingredient is carefully selected.
