To meet the needs of a wide range of people looking for accommodation, we offer a modular rental in different versions:
- version M: sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms. - 2 private bathrooms - available from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12.
- version L : sleeps 6 - 3 bedrooms. - 3 private bathrooms - available all year round.
- version XL : sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms. - 4 private bathrooms - available all year round.
Whatever your choice, the property is NEVER SHARED with anyone other than your guests.
From the beginning of May to the end of September, we also offer the possibility of ‘PLUS’ versions (‘M+’, ‘L+’ and ‘XL+’) which allow you to have 2 independent accommodations in the same property (2 entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living/dining rooms). The sleeping capacity is increased (+1 to 2 beds) by the use of a sofa bed (‘M+’ with 5/6 beds; ‘L+’ with 7/8 beds and ‘XL+’ with 9/10 beds).

Whatever version you choose, the property has 3 levels:

GROUND FLOOR (street level)
Here, every room has direct access to the terrace, which is the central point of the property. A link between the different levels and buildings, it is also a lookout point over the pool and gardens, and a place where everyone can get together.

(XL and XL+ versions): one of the four bedrooms in the rental property, accessible via the French windows leading onto the terrace.
At your disposal:

> bathroom area (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)
> 1 separate private toilet
On this floor, you will also find the guest toilet and the secure private garage, which is connected to the house, allowing you to forget about your vehicle during your holiday! Please note that a second garage (private/secure and connected to the house) is available at a rate of €100/week, which is included in the XL/XL+ versions but optional on request for the other versions.
The house has a hotel-style safe for your personal belongings.

THE GARDEN GROUND (street level -1)
Accessed via the outside staircase, you will enjoy a 400m² area where you will find the swimming pool, its beach and the gardens. Direct access to this level is forbidden to children thanks to a gate fitted with a double-action safety lock that can be locked with a key.

THE FLOOR (street level +1)
Accessible from the ground floor via the internal wooden staircase, this level is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area (M/M+, L/L+, XL/XL+ versions).

The price shown is for the XL version. For other prices, please contact us, bearing in mind that M = XL-40%; M+/L = XL-20%; L+ = XL and XL+ = XL+20%.
Number of beds : 4 (M version); 6 (L and M+ versions); 8 (XL and L+ versions); 10 (XL+ version). In the PLUS (+) versions, the number indicated includes 2 beds in a sofa bed.
7-day stay : Arrival AND departure on Saturdays; 8 to 14-day stays: Arrival OR departure on a Saturday; Stays longer than 15 days: Arrival/departure at your convenience.
Tourist tax (€5.06 per adult per night) is charged in addition to the rental rates and paid in full to the local authority. This tax is not included in the rates shown here.
A deposit of €800 (€1,100 if you have a pet) is required and will be refunded at the end of your stay within 7 days if the house is in good condition.
25% of the total amount of the stay is required immediately as a booking deposit. The balance is to be paid 1 month before the scheduled arrival date.
The various conditions are set out in the rental contract that will be signed.
