To meet the needs of a wide range of people looking for accommodation, we offer a modular rental in different versions:
- version M: sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms. - 2 private bathrooms - available from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12.
- version L : sleeps 6 - 3 bedrooms. - 3 private bathrooms - available all year round.
- version XL : sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms. - 4 private bathrooms - available all year round.
Whatever your choice, the property is NEVER SHARED with anyone other than your guests.
From the beginning of May to the end of September, we also offer the possibility of ‘PLUS’ versions (‘M+’, ‘L+’ and ‘XL+’) which allow you to have 2 independent accommodations in the same property (2 entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living/dining rooms). The sleeping capacity is increased (+1 to 2 beds) by the use of a sofa bed (‘M+’ with 5/6 beds; ‘L+’ with 7/8 beds and ‘XL+’ with 9/10 beds).

Whatever version you choose, the property has 3 levels:
GROUND FLOOR (street level)
Here, every room has direct access to the terrace, which is the central point of the property. A link between the different levels and buildings, it is also a lookout point over the pool and gardens, and a place where everyone can get together.
- Terrace: Sheltered from the wind and shaded by large parasols, you can enjoy your meals here.
At your disposal :
> table for 10/12 guests and chairs,
> electric griddle with utensils,
> parasols and lights for dinner,
- The Provençal-style kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (utensils, crockery and equipment, including a US fridge with unlimited ice). It has direct access to the outside terrace (French windows).
- The lounge and dining room are ideal for socialising. They have direct access to the outside terrace (sliding glass door).
A TV/video set is at your disposal, with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi accessible throughout the house.
- The Suite on the ground floor: one of the 4 bedrooms in the rental property, it can be accessed via the French window on the terrace.
At your disposal:

> shower room (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)
> 1 separate private WC
On this floor you'll also find the guest WC and the private, secure garage, connected to the house, so you can forget about your car while you're on holiday!
THE GARDEN GROUND (street level -1)
Accessed via the outside staircase, you will enjoy a 400m² area where you will find the swimming pool, its beach and the gardens. Direct access to this level is forbidden to children thanks to a gate fitted with a double-action safety lock that can be locked with a key.
- The heated swimming pool** (8x4 m - depth from 1.1 m to 1.5 m) is perfect for children and adults alike to enjoy swimming and playing. Designed by ‘Jacques Brens’, you'll benefit from the quality of the finish and the finesse of the marble powder coating (glass-coat). If you're looking for a place to chat or relax, there's a large sunken bench, facing the sun and equipped with a whirlpool system.
The continuous sunshine and absence of neighbours mean you can enjoy the pool in complete peace and quiet.
(**The pool can be heated from May to October. It is included in the rental price for July and August. For the other months, heating is an OPTION ON REQUEST, the extra cost of which varies according to the rental period). - The swimming pool beach: sun loungers are available for you to enjoy. You can set them up in the shade of the parasols and trees in the garden or, to make the most of the Provencal sunshine, by the pool, on the paved solarium and on the lawn.
- Solar shower: for hygiene and refreshing pleasure
- Garden furniture: with seating for up to 10/12 people, you'll be able to share some convivial moments. Located in the shelter of the terrace, you can enjoy it at any time of day or night, whatever the weather.
- The landscaped garden: all around, it is enclosed and secure and offers you a rare space in the heart of the village.
- The laundry room can only be accessed via the inside staircase.

THE FLOOR (street level +1)
Accessed from the ground floor via the interior wooden staircase, this level is entirely dedicated to the ‘sleeping’ area.
- the Master Suite (20 m² - garden side)
> Queen-size double bed (160x200) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan > wardrobe and drawer storage > Private, separate shower room with WC (large walk-in shower + washbasin + storage units + hairdryer).
- The Suite (16 m² - street side)
> 1 double bed (140x190) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan
> dressing area with drawer storage
> shower room (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)
- the Modulable Room (16 m² - garden side)
> 2 beds (90x190) with the option of combining them into 1 double bed (180x190),
> dressing area
> shelves and drawers
> remote-controlled ceiling fan
- The bathroom (located on the landing) is for the private use of the Modular Room:
> bath/shower
> double washbasin unit
> storage space and hairdryer
separate WC on the landing.
All the living rooms in the house have at least 1 window to the outside.
The property is for your private use, whatever version you choose.
The house has central heating and hot water.
SERVICES INCLUDED in this rental
- Concierge who will answer your questions and provide you with technical assistance if necessary (please note that the concierge is developing a range of ‘on-demand services’ not included in this rental).
- Household linen: provided and maintained when in a normal state of soiling. Linen is changed weekly.
- Cleaning (all stays): complete at the end of the stay when it is in a normal state of dirtiness.
- Cleaning (stays of 2 weeks or more): 1 full change at the end of the stay + 1 weekly change, limited to damp rooms (kitchen, shower room and WC) when normally dirty.

Prices vary according to the number of berths: 4 (Version M); 6 (Version L and M+); 8 (Version XL and L+); 10 (Version XL+). In the PLUS (+) versions, the number indicated includes 2 berths in a sofa bed.
Stay of 7 days: Arrival AND departure on Saturdays; Stay of 8 to 14 days: Arrival OR departure on a Saturday; Stay over 15 days: Arrival/departure at your convenience.
The tourist tax (€5.06 per adult per night) is deducted from the rental price and paid in full to the local authority. This tax is not included in the rates shown here.
A deposit of €800 (€1,100 in the case of a pet) is required and returned at the end of the stay within 7 days if the house is OK.
25% of the total amount of the stay is required immediately as a booking deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before arrival.
The various conditions are set out in the rental contract that will be signed.
