Le Basthaïdon

From May to September, Bastide de Lourmarin serves traditional Asian cuisine for lunch. We use only the freshest seasonal produce, so you can take your taste buds on a journey and discover new flavours.

Starters include charcuterie and cheese boards, salmon tartar with lime, ginger and coconut, spicy Vietnamese beef salad and spring rolls.

The main courses feature French meats accompanied by Thai rice and sautéed fresh vegetables. Try the stir-fried rice with prawns and squid, the stir-fried noodles with pork, or the 'Tears of the Tiger', thin strips of blue grilled beef with fried garlic and hot sauce.

Finish your meal with a frosted orange, a mascarpone cream with red fruits and speculoos, or the Billie cup, featuring warm caramelised apples, vanilla ice cream and Grand Marnier coffee liqueur.
