From May to August, La Bastide de Lourmarin offers Asian and traditional cuisine. Only fresh, seasonal produce is used to take your taste buds on a journey and introduce you to new flavours.

Platters of charcuterie or cheese, salmon tartare with lime, ginger and coconut, spicy Vietnamese beef salad or spring rolls for starters.

The main courses feature French meats accompanied by Thai rice and fresh sautéed vegetables. Try the fried rice with prawns and squid, the fried noodles with pork, or the ‘Larmes du Tigre’ (Tiger's Tears), thin strips of rare grilled beef with fried garlic and spicy sauce.

Finish your meal with a frosted orange, a mascarpone cream with red berries and speculoos, or the Billie cup, featuring warm caramelised apples, vanilla ice cream and Grand Marnier coffee liqueur.
