Le cabanon de la Rivayne**

This self-contained, air-conditioned gîte (26 m²) is housed in a former dovecote and grain store, and has been completely renovated to provide a comfortable setting full of character. Located in Lauris, a charming little Provencal village, it can accommodate two people.

The ground floor comprises a bright and unusual living room, with walls carved out of natural rock, offering a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine) as well as a sofa and TV.

Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan bedroom with two adjustable beds (90x200) and a shower room with WC.

Outside, the south-east-facing 20 m² private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, and offers a pleasant view of the holm oak trees.

The shared 12-hectare grounds are the perfect place to take a stroll and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Nearby, a small well and a wash-house add a touch of rural charm to this authentic setting.

The kidney-shaped swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 0.90 to 1.60 m) is located around fifty metres from the gîte and is secured by a fence and a shelter. It is shared with another gîte and the owners and is open from June to September.
