The sleeping area has two double bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds), one of which has its own private shower room, and a second bathroom/shower and toilet. In the north-east wing, a third independent double bedroom (with a 160x200 bed), also with en suite shower room and toilet.

The property is set in 2.5 hectares of unfenced grounds planted with olive trees and truffle oaks. It has a secure swimming pool measuring 4.5 x 8 m, swings and a petanque area.
