Le Temps des Sages

Located in Cabrières-d’Aigues, at the foot of the Luberon massif, Le Temps des Sages is the smallest cooperative winery in the region. An authentic and welcoming place, the cellar combines winemaking expertise and a passion for wine, in a setting where tradition meets modernity.

Created to showcase the local terroir, the winery draws on a viticultural heritage deeply rooted in Provence. Each cuvée reflects both the authenticity of winemaking traditions and an openness to modern, responsible practices.

Since 2024, a range of certified organic wines has demonstrated Le Temps des Sages’ commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.

• AOP Luberon: red, rosé, and white wines with the typical aromas of the terroir
