Situated in the commune of Maubec, in the Luberon region of Provence, in the heart of the countryside but less than a kilometre on foot from the village centre, this property is surrounded by vines and enjoys a very peaceful setting.
Formerly used as a bed and breakfast, ‘la chambre’ des Biguières is now a studio apartment. It forms part of a complex of accommodation comprising the owner's main home and three other gîtes rented out on a seasonal basis.
The studio has a small kitchen area, a dining area, a sleeping area with a double bed for two people, a shower room and a mezzanine with a 90cm bed that can accommodate an extra person - and a great view! That's the bedroom!
Outside, there's a communal courtyard to share with other holidaymakers and the owner.
The studio's location is ideal for exploring the many must-see sites, as well as the most beautiful hilltop villages in the Luberon, such as Oppède-le-vieux, just 2 km away. If you're a keen hiker, there are plenty of footpaths within easy reach!
