This lovely house has a large private terrace with shade and garden furniture and a BBQ overlooking the countryside.
The large living room has a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, round table and six chairs. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, extractor fan, gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, electric kettle and toaster.)
1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a shower room (large Italian shower), WC, washing machine and a large bay window opening onto the terrace.
1 bedroom accessible from the outside with king size bed 180 x 200 with shower room and walk-in shower, WC, dressing table, flat screen TV and patio doors to the terrace.

In the large enclosed garden of 4000m², you will find many small cocooning areas with garden furniture, pergola, swing and deckchairs. A large wooden table for 10 people is available under the oak trees.
The swimming pool (6 x 11m), with a depth of 0.8m to 2.5m, is protected by an alarm and open from May to September. It is shared with the tenants of the second gîte and the owner.
There is a bowling green, outdoor games and table tennis.

It is possible to increase the capacity to 10 people by renting the second accommodation Le Figuier.

A wellness area is available by appointment with jacuzzi and sauna (1 hour free then 10€ / hour).
The owner lives on site and also offers massages, take-away meals and a table d'hôtes on request.
