Here, you can enjoy a relaxing environment, perfect for recharging your batteries while staying close to iconic villages, traditional markets and the region's most beautiful sights.

Inside, this house offers a comfortable and functional setting.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, extractor hood, gas cooker with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster and blender.
• The large living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2), two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a round table and six chairs.
• 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed with shower room (large walk-in shower), WC, washing machine and a large bay window opening onto the terrace.
• 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, WC, dressing table, flat-screen TV and French windows opening onto the terrace.

Outside, this pretty house has

• A large shaded private terrace,
• a large wooden table and two benches,
• garden furniture,
• a gas barbecue with views of the countryside,
• a large enclosed garden with trees covering 4,000 m²,
• a 6 x 11 m swimming pool (depth gradually increasing from 0.8 m to 2.5 m) protected by an alarm and open from May to September.

You will find many cosy corners with garden furniture, a pergola, a swing seat and deckchairs. A large wooden table and two benches that can seat 10 people are available under the oak trees. The swimming pool is shared with the tenants of the second gîte and the owner.

It is possible to increase the capacity to 10 people by renting the second accommodation, Le Figuier.

A wellness area is available by appointment with a jacuzzi and sauna (1 hour free, then £10/hour).

The owner lives on site and also offers massages, takeaway meals and table d'hôte dining on request.
