At the heart of an arid terroir dominated by the Mourre Nègre, Château Turcan enjoys an environment particularly well suited to vine growing.

The estate’s 15 hectares of vines are planted on south-facing hillsides, where the mistral naturally contributes to the healthy balance of the vineyard.
Château Turcan is defined by a strong family identity and a desire to reveal the ancestral heritage of winegrowing.
The estate’s philosophy is based on a combination of modernity and tradition, giving each cuvée its own distinctive identity.
Exacting care given to the vine
Throughout the year, the vines receive particular care thanks to the work of the estate's vineyard manager and cellar master.
Each stage of vine cultivation is carried out with respect for nature and the environment. Short size and green harvesting make it possible to seek optimal concentration and controlled yield.
This requirement in the vineyard is the first expression of Château Turcan's know-how.
Terroir & know-how

The harvest is carried out manually and mechanically, with a plot harvest that respects the maturity of each grape.
Manual sorting is carried out at the entrance to the cellar in order to preserve the quality of the harvest and to work the raw material with precision.
The winery has concrete tanks, stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Macerations are controlled to extract the best from the juice, with few inputs and a search for maximum fruit concentration.
A farm designed for keeping and balance
Wines aged in tanks develop fruity and delicate aromatic notes, as well as a beautiful freshness.
Some cuvees are aged in oak barrels, which gives them complexity, structure and stability.
This approach allows the estate to offer wines with a strong identity, capable of accompanying both immediate conviviality and aging.
