Located in La Tour-d'Aigues, in South Luberon, Domaine Le Novi has been a family estate for five generations, committed to biodiversity, the vine and the expression of its land.

The property extends over 28 hectares of vineyards, woods and olive trees, divided into two central islands in the village of La Tour-d'Aigues.
In Provençal, the name Novi means newlyweds. It pays tribute to the family history of the estate, born from the union of the winegrower's parents.
Since 2013, the fifth generation has continued the adventure on this family land, with the desire to produce wines that are digestible, elegant and faithful to the cool climate of the Luberon.
A cellar designed for digestible and elegant wines
The Le Novi winery was built in 2014 with the ambition to produce digestible, elegant and precise wines.
The ecological commitment of the estate, initiated several generations ago, makes it possible to express all the uniqueness of its fresh soil.
Cultivation and harvesting preferences, combined with the desire to enhance the natural freshness of the land, give Domaine Le Novi wines all the delicacy that characterizes them.
Terroir & know-how

The Domaine Le Novi is exclusively established on safres, or soft sandstones, dating from the Helvetian and Tortonian periods.
This long geological history gives the soil a very fine composition, between sandy soils and clay-limestone soils.
Located to the east of the Luberon Massif, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate with a mountainous tendency, marked by harsh winters and strong daily thermal amplitudes.
A palette of 15 grape varieties for a unique identity
Domaine Le Novi combines 15 grape varieties on more than 35 plots, in a very fragmented vineyard.
Over time, the emphasis is placed on late, ancient and Provençal varieties, in order to adapt to the changing climate without denying the origins of the estate.
Safre, rich in silica, supports this strong climate identity by offering real break times for the vine during summer nights, promoting gentle maturation and the natural bite of wines.
A strong identity around white wines
The family heritage has left the estate with a consistent and varied white grape variety.
Today, Domaine Le Novi produces around 40% white wines, a proportion twice that of the Luberon appellation and four times that of the Rhône Valley.
This uniqueness is part of the identity of the estate and contributes to the freshness, finesse and originality of its cuvees.
