Located in the southern Luberon, Domaine Le Novi is a family-run estate for five generations, where preserving biodiversity and caring for the vines are top priorities.
The vineyard covers nearly twenty hectares of organically farmed land, planted exclusively with southern grape varieties. The wines reflect the freshness and balance of the Luberon climate.
You’ll talk about wine, terroir, grape varieties, cultivation, blending, and pairings… all with passion and in three stages:

No children’s menu is available for the "Charcuterie & Cheese" evening.
The price includes : a walk through the vineyards, a tour of the cellars, a food and wine pairing tasting, and 3 tasting glasses.
You can also buy wine by the glass and/or by the bottle on site.
Bookings will open shortly online via the Destination Luberon shop, as well as at the Destination Luberon Tourist Information Offices during normal opening hours.
