Moulin à Huile & Domaine Bastide du Laval

Domaine de la Bastide du Laval extends over 30 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and woods. A typical southern Luberon landscape, just a stone's throw from 2 villages classified as "Most Beautiful Villages in France" - Ansouis and Lourmarin.

Here, taste, fruit and delicate aromas are cultivated... At the heart of the olive grove, made up of 4,000 trees, lies the "Huile d'olive de Provence" Protected Designation of Origin zone, a guarantee of traceability, control, know-how and promotion of the terroir. The olive trees are grown according to organic farming principles. You can also visit the mill.

La Bastide du Laval offers visitors a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the landscapes and traditions of Provence.

Several tour options are available:
- Free tours of the mill and olive grove all year round. The walk through the olive grove is signposted, followed by a guided tour of the mill and a free tasting of the estate's oils and wines.

Guided tours for groups and coaches (in French and English) by appointment:
- Free AOP Provence oil and wine tasting.
- Guided tour of the mill, presentation of extraction methods, introduction to oil and wine tasting - duration 45 min.
- Educational tour of the olive grove, guided tour of the mill, presentation of extraction methods, introduction to oil & wine tasting - duration 1h30.

Opening times: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm. From 10 July to 20 August, open on Sundays, 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm.
