Moulin à Huile du Vieux Château

The Moulin à Huile du Vieux Château, located in the charming Luberon village of Mérindol, is the oldest building in the village. Built at the end of the 16th century, it is a living testimony to four centuries of tradition and expertise in olive oil production. For five generations, this establishment has proudly perpetuated the traditional method of crushing olives using a stone millstone.
