  • 1 jar (210 g) of eggplant caviar
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation - step by step

  1. Preheat the oven. Set your oven to 220 °C so it’s hot when ready to bake.
  2. Prepare the base. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggplant caviar with the whole eggs and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake. Pour the mixture into a buttered loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes in a water bath at 220 °C.
