La Gare de Coustellet invites children and adults to prepare a complete menu together using local, seasonal ingredients. From starter to dessert, everyone can lend a hand before sitting down to share the meal in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The Cooking Workshop invites everyone to get involved in preparing simple dishes using local, seasonal ingredients. Guided by the team at La Gare, participants work together to create a complete menu comprising a starter, main course and dessert.
Preparing ingredients, sharing out tasks, discovering recipes and exchanging useful tips set the pace for the morning. Everyone can contribute according to their experience and share their own culinary knowledge in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Once the dishes are ready, the group gathers around the table to enjoy the meal they have prepared together. This shared moment naturally extends the workshop and encourages conversation and new connections between participants.
