Between subtle rhythms, exchanges and improvisation, this roda invites you to experience music in a different way, in a moment of sharing and proximity.
As part of the Voix PartFestival, the courtyard of Lauris Castle is hosting an immersive Roda de Choro with Linha Dois, for an intimate and participative musical experience.
Around the musician Cristiano Nascimento, Linha Dois offers a living creation, which adapts to places and audiences. Here, the concert takes place as close as possible to the spectators, in a friendly, almost confidential atmosphere, where music flows freely between the artists and the public.
Inspired by line 2 of the Rio de Janeiro subway, this project explores a choro rooted in Brazilian urban reality, far from stereotypes, between tradition and modernity.
On stage, five musicians (7-string guitar, mandolin, mandolin, melodica, flute and pandeiro) will be accompanied by the Roda Choir as well as by the participants in the festival workshops.
This concert is part of the 2026 Shared Voice Festival, dedicated to the music and cultures of South America, with concerts, balls, workshops and workshops open to all.

Voix Partagées Festival 2026 in Lauris
From 29 to 31 May 2026, Lauris welcomes a new edition of the Voix Partagées Festival, three festive days celebrating polyphonic singing, world music and the sounds of South America.
Concerts, balls, workshops, participatory activities, musical strolls and performances will enliven the château grounds, the church and several locations throughout the village, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
