Traditional Latin American singing workshop with Pati Gajardo - Festival Voix Part

A vocal immersion in the heart of Latin America

Driven by the communicative energy of Pati Gajardo, this internship invites you to share a warm, rhythmic and deeply human moment.

As part of the Shared Voices festival, let yourself be carried away by the rhythms and voices of Latin America during a traditional singing workshop led by Pati Gajardo.

For one morning, participants will explore popular repertoires from Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico, through vocal work combining breath, resonance, rhythms and collective singing.

The workshop starts with warm-up exercises and vocal technique before giving way to songs with several voices, to allow everyone to find their place and to release their voice in a collective energy.

Some songs will come from the repertoire of the Calle Sol Choir, offering participants the opportunity to then sing with it as part of the festival.

Pati Gajardo, Chilean singer and choirmaster, has been transmitting Afro-Latin music for several years through concerts, workshops and collective vocal projects.

A workshop open to all to discover the popular songs of Latin America in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
