Terroir & expertise

The estate’s motto, « Ex uva vinum », reflects an essential belief: wine begins with grapes. Every attention is therefore given to the vines.
Soil work, short pruning, debudding and hand harvesting shape the estate’s work, helping the vines thrive while respecting the expression of the terroir.
Throughout the evening, visitors discover this commitment directly on site, in contact with the vineyard, the cellar and the wines tasted.
