Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, Château Saint Pons offers stunning views over the valley and surrounding villages. In this preserved setting, the visit combines vineyard discovery, wine tasting, and moments of relaxation in nature.

At 350 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Colline des Puits, Château Saint Pons stretches across a 10-hectare family estate in the Luberon. From the moment you arrive, the panorama is spectacular: the Monts de Vaucluse as a backdrop, the changing colors of the vines throughout the day, and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for strolling.
Surrounded by forests and home to rich biodiversity, the estate is a preserved environment where vineyards aged 10 to 50 years are bordered by hedgerows that encourage natural balance and biodiversity. Eight emblematic grape varieties of the AOC Ventoux are cultivated here: Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, as well as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Viognier.
Managed through integrated farming, the vineyard favors environmentally friendly practices: natural grass cover, soil work, short pruning, debudding, and green harvesting, ensuring quality grapes with a controlled yield limited to 35 hl/ha.
The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by traditional vinification in stainless steel vats and ageing in enamelled tanks and oak barrels. This know-how combines respect for the terroir and a commitment to quality, resulting in wines that truly reflect the character and richness of the AOC Ventoux.
