The estate is above all a human adventure: that of a family from another horizon, driven by the desire to find meaning, time and a fairer link with the land.
By discovering this land in the Luberon, between vineyards and olive trees, the owners chose to listen to it, to follow its rhythm and to cultivate without forcing themselves.
During the Sunsets Vignerons, Mas Edem invites you to discover a place where simplicity, rigor, nature and hospitality come together.
A philosophy based on respect for the land
At Mas Edem, everything starts from the ground. The estate observes it, respects it and advances at its own pace.
Organic farming has come naturally: working without forcing, producing without denaturating and maintaining what makes the beauty and strength of the place.
Here, the objective is not to do more, but to do better, giving nature its rightful place.
Terroir & know-how

Located on the northern slopes of Luberon, between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, Mas Edem enjoys a cool climate, ideal for slow and controlled maturation.
The estate extends over nearly 30 hectares, where vines rub shoulders with olive and pistachio trees. This sustainable polyculture structures a balanced landscape and strengthens the natural ecosystem.
The vineyard, which is entirely managed organically, is based on clay-limestone and sandy soils characteristic of AOP Luberon.
Wines & cuvees

Throughout the seasons, Mas Edem works the vine carefully to accompany each vintage and to best reveal the character of the grape.
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Marselan make up the reds and rosés. Roussanne, Marsanne, Vermentino and Viognier give birth to expressive and aromatic whites.
The estate produces elegant and sincere cuvees: expressive whites, gourmet reds, delicate rosés, as well as a natural cuvée, designed to be discovered and shared.
Natural and measured vinifications
In the cellar, vinifications are natural and measured, without artificiality, in order to preserve the balance of the fruit and the expression of the soil.
Each winemaking choice seeks to accompany the grape without constraining it, to let the freshness of the climate, the aromatic precision and the uniqueness of the soils speak for themselves.
This approach gives birth to wines that are faithful to the place, accessible in their pleasure, but demanding in their production.
