To reach Mas Edem, you pass through a tall gate and follow a long driveway lined with vines, winding its way through the estate. Nestled on the heights of the Luberon, the property offers a spectacular view over the surrounding hills and its vineyards. In the distance, the typical villages of Goult and Roussillon can be seen, with the majestic Mont Ventoux rising on the horizon.
This unique natural setting captures the very essence of the region: radiant landscapes, unspoiled nature, and an art of living where charm and authenticity are part of everyday life.
After a long period of dormancy, the estate was reborn in 2017 thanks to the Dematté family, who committed themselves to respecting the environment and developing sustainable viticulture. Very quickly, the choice of an eco-friendly approach became evident, and in 2020 Mas Edem was awarded Organic Farming certification.
Today, the vine, the olive tree, and the pistachio define the estate’s identity, guided by a simple philosophy: letting nature set the pace and reveal the best of the terroir.

A fun and immersive experience in the heart of the Luberon: equipped with a kit, set off on a trail through the vineyards and the cellar, solve riddles, and discover the world of Mas Edem.
