Located at the foot of the Luberon, in the town of Oppède, Domaine La Royère invites you to a unique visit and tasting experience, between wines, olive oils and regional products.

The estate extends over forty hectares in organic agriculture, without the use of weedkillers or chemical fertilizers for the cultivation of vines and olive groves.
On the wine side, rational soil cultivation promotes permanent natural grass cover and the biodiversity of the vineyard. In the cellar, the estate limits the inputs in order to fully express the typicity of its soil.
During the Sunsets Vignerons, La Royère opens its doors to you to enjoy its AOP Luberon wines in a modern, pleasant and friendly place.
La Royère, olive oil museum
La Royère is also a place of discovery dedicated to olive oil. His museum career highlights the methods of manufacturing yellow gold, a true link between the Mediterranean.
The estate produces virgin olive oil, extracted cold and first pressed. Pure fruit juice, without addition or processing, from olive groves grown on the farm.
Shop, tasting area, mill and museum make up a complete itinerary around regional products made on site in accordance with organic farming.
Terroir & know-how

Founded in 1988, when the appellation that now bears the name AOP Luberon was created, La Royère has been owned by the Hugues family for several generations.
The estate has evolved over time with the installation of a still in 1995, the complete overhaul of the cellar in 2014, then the construction of a mill in 2018 to press the olives from the farm.
Eager to make the most of its harvests, the estate also produces a natural sweet wine called Vin de Liquor, Marcs de Provence, Fines de Muscat, Olive brandy and lavender honey from the family property located on the heights of Sault.
A field committed to organic farming
In 2017, La Royère undertook a process of conversion to organic farming, which resulted in 2020 when Ecocert obtained the organic label.
This approach results in the cultivation of vines and olive groves without weedkillers or chemical fertilizers, with particular attention paid to biodiversity and soil balance.
During Sunsets Vignerons evenings, this philosophy can be discovered directly on site, during the visit, discussions and tasting.
