Welcome to Domaine de La Royère, an exceptional estate in Oppède, in the heart of the Luberon, where a passion for vines and olives has been passed down from generation to generation. Nestling in picturesque surroundings, the estate offers a unique experience combining the discovery of AOP Luberon wines and Provençal olive oils, produced using organic methods.
The wine estate extends over some forty hectares, cultivated organically, where Syrah and Grenache reign supreme for the red and rosé wines, while white Grenache and Vermentino make up the bulk of our white wines. Vinification is carried out with great care to bring out the best in La Royère's unique terroir, with harvesting partly done by hand, controlled fermentation and precise ageing, sometimes in barrels, to refine the wines.
The terroir of La Royère, characterised by sandy soils interspersed with pebbles, gives the wines remarkable elegance and finesse. The winemaking techniques, combining tradition and innovation, allow the full potential of each grape variety and each plot to be expressed.

Our Olive Oil Museum invites you to take a captivating journey through time to explore the history, culture and production techniques of this precious essence of Provençal cuisine. Discover the secrets behind the transformation of olives into exceptional oil, thanks to an original scenography, audio guides and multimedia presentations.

La Royère, founded in 1988 by the Hugues family, now extends over some forty hectares. It is committed to an ethical and sustainable approach, practising organic farming that respects the environment. Every stage of production is designed to preserve biodiversity and the health of the soil, guaranteeing authentic products full of flavour.
Keen to make the most of its harvests, the estate also produces a natural sweet wine and eaux-de-vie in its still.
