Step into the kitchen at Le Matcha restaurant for a morning devoted to creativity and gourmet discovery. From 9am to 12 noon, help prepare a menu alongside the restaurant’s team and discover the techniques, combinations and expertise that bring each dish to life.
Once the class is over, take your seat at the table to enjoy the menu you helped prepare. This convivial lunch extends the workshop experience and gives you the pleasure of tasting the results of your work in the kitchen.
Lunch is accompanied by wines from Château La Sable. Virginie, the estate’s winemaker, will introduce you to the history of the vineyard, the distinctive character of its cuvées and the inspiration behind each food and wine pairing.
