Sommaire
Always looking for the alchemy between interpretation and emotion.
My portraits of women are often inspired by travel, they are an infinite inspiration, in which I like to leave a little of my soul.
Numerous exhibitions in France.
The artist
After training at the MJM Graphic School in Lyon and winning a silver medal at the Van der Kelen School in Brussels in 1990, the artist worked as a decorative painter for fifteen years. In 2016, she decided to move to Provence to devote herself fully to her career as a painter.
Her artistic work reflects a deep commitment to paying tribute to women through her portraits. She is particularly keen to explore the complexity of faces, seeking to capture the uniqueness of each personality and the intensity of the looks and emotions that animate them.
The concept of recycling plays an important role in her artistic approach, which she sees as a fundamental value. She appreciates the history and authenticity of a recycled medium, as well as the surprises it can hold in store for the final result of her work.
Passionate about travel and inspired by ethnic worlds, she draws her inspiration from the memories and sensations she has experienced by observing faces, exploring colour palettes, touching textiles and experiencing atmospheres. Her art reflects this fascination with the diversity and authenticity of the women she meets around the world.
