Le Perchoir - Ajoucadou

Ajoucadou, which means ‘Perch’ in Provençal, lives up to its name. This house, nestling in the heart of Lourmarin, has been entirely renovated with care to offer modern comforts while respecting the authenticity of the place.

Located above the Galerie Balthazar, the house comprises three independent flats sharing a common entrance on rue Juiverie. Each space has been designed to combine aesthetics and functionality. Noble materials such as stone, marble, granite, oak and teak have been used to enhance each room and create a warm ambience.

Le Perchoir, one of the 3 flats, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The decor is inspired by our travels: Mexico with its Huichole paintings, Bali with its bamboo and Buddha statues and Brazil.

Situated on the top floor, you can touch the blue sky of Provence. Open the bay windows and you're outside, enjoying lunch, dinner or relaxing on the sun loungers with a drink and a good book. The hammock hanging in one corner is just waiting to be unfurled to welcome you at siesta time or at night under the stars.

The fully-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious, and on the other side, the large living room awaits you under the benevolent gaze of a very exotic painting... in the evening, you retreat to the master bedroom and its bathroom with its warm, yet soft, tones. Children, big or small, have their own corner and bathroom with shower.

The flat has all the modern comforts: air conditioning, quality equipment (espresso machine, oven, dishwasher) and little touches to make your stay even more enjoyable.
