Ajoucadou, which means ‘Perch’ in Provençal, lives up to its name. This house, nestling in the heart of Lourmarin, has been completely renovated with care to offer modern comforts while respecting the authenticity of the place.

Located above the Galerie Balthazar, the house comprises three independent flats sharing a common entrance on rue Juiverie. Each space has been designed to combine aesthetics and functionality. Noble materials such as stone, marble, granite, oak and teak have been used to enhance each room and create a warm ambience.

Première Loge, one of the 3 flats, comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.

The decoration is inspired by our travels: Mexico with its Huichole paintings, Bali with its bamboo and Buddha statues and Brazil.

This bright, spacious flat opens onto the main room, illuminated by two large windows, where you can enjoy the spectacle of the square bustling with cafés and restaurants. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge. On the night side, there is a 1st bedroom with a cosy ambience and a second bedroom with a bathroom.

You'll love the soft oak parquet flooring, the stone flooring in the bathrooms and the black granite in the kitchen.

The flat has all the modern comforts: air conditioning, quality equipment (espresso machine, oven, dishwasher) and little touches to make your stay even more pleasant.
