Château de Thézan

Built on the foundations of a Roman villa, the imposing building that has come down to us today tells the story of how, from the Renaissance to the 19th century, generations transformed the ancient fortress into a château for pleasure. The Château de Thézan even became a renowned hydrotherapy centre, where high society came to discover the pleasures and benefits of water-based treatments. During a guided tour, you'll have the chance to discover the historic rooms, with their sumptuous decor and completely refurbished, as well as the baths, a unique infrastructure that has been miraculously preserved. After more than 30 years of oblivion, a new page in the history of Château de Thézan has been turned.
