
Monique Buitink, a private chef based in Cabrières-d'Avignon, offers plant-based, colorful and committed cuisine, as close as possible to Provençal nature. Through Assiettes de MoNiK, she imagines creative and tailor-made dishes, highlighting local and seasonal products from the Luberon.

Monique offers you recipes from her book 'Full of colors, a book of plates and recipes too', but not only that! Passionate about forgotten vegetables (Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips, blue meat radishes...), she values organic and short-circuit ingredients. Wild flowers, fresh herbs and ancient grains complete a culinary palette that is as beautiful as it is tasty.
Its objective? Offer a unique taste and visual experience that respects the environment and the rhythm of the seasons.
