Independent farmhouse on the Casteuse estate in Lourmarin comprising two separate, comfortable flats (Appartement les Oliviers and Appartement Les Vignes). Each flat sleeps 2 people and is located in one of the wings of this detached house.
Each flat can be rented separately or together.
Very bright, high ceilings (4m) in a bastide steeped in history, set in a 6-hectare estate facing the Château de Lourmarin, in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

Each flat in LES VIGNES DE CASTEUSE and LES OLIVIERS DE CASTEUSE has its own private terrace with uninterrupted views over the village and/or the Provencal countryside.
They consist of a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room (with a 140cm sofa/bed for the "Les Oliviers de Casteuse" flat and large armchairs for the "Les Vignes de Casteuse" flat), a dining room (with a 140cm sofa/bed for the "Les Oliviers de Casteuse" flat and large armchairs for the "Les Vignes de Casteuse" flat).
The living/dining area of each flat has large French windows opening onto a majestic private terrace.
The LES OLIVIERS DE CASTEUSE flat has a bedroom with a 180cm bed (high-quality bedding) and French windows with mosquito netting, and an en suite shower room with a large shower (110cmx110cm) and private WC.

Outside, each private terrace has its own garden furniture (2 deckchairs, parasol, table for lunch or dinner and 2 garden chairs and a coffee table).

Opposite the LES OLIVIERS DE CASTEUSE flat is the LES VIGNES DE CASTEUSE flat, also located in the other wing of the Bastide de Casteuse (opposite on the landing) but not overlooked.

The two flats can also be rented together.

The estate's large swimming pool (secure, with a diving board and diamond-cut ladder, shared by guests of the estate), overlooks the estate's vineyards and olive groves.

Strolling and sitting on the benches of the estate's majestic avenue of hundred-year-old umbrella pines is a real pleasure and conducive to meditation.
Famous figures such as Churchill, Bosco, Giono and Camus have stopped off here, as have félibres such as Frédéric Mistral and Marcel Provence Cocteau.

50 km from Marseille Provence airport, 40 km from Aix en Provence TGV station or Avignon TGV station, 2 hours by car from Nice.
