The estate was taken over by Patricia Alexandre (former director of Gault Millau) and Georges Antoun (hotelier with the New Hotel group) and is now undergoing a complete overhaul following a complete restructuring of the vineyard and the creation of high-level technical facilities.
It produces AOP Ventoux and AOP Luberon wines on a very beautiful terroir. With an "ecofriendly" vineyard, labelled HVE (high environmental value), the estate is planted with the great grape varieties of the Rhone Valley, a Mecca of grape growing for 3000 years, the estate houses a magnificent 9th century chapel and recent archaeological excavations have uncovered many remains of Roman villas.
The Caveau is open all year round: free wine tasting for individuals, visits, purchase of wines at the property, and numerous events are available. Private receptions can be organised.

From 01/02 to 31/12, daily.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
April to September, daily from 10am to 7pm.
