The Summer Music Festival at the Château de Lourmarin opens its 28th edition with a gala concert dedicated to the cello and piano duo. An exceptional evening performed by Dominique de Williencourt on cello and Mila Gostijanovic on piano, in the historic setting of the Château de Lourmarin.
This event also marks a symbolic date: the celebration of the centenary of the Fondation de Lourmarin Laurent-Vibert, in partnership with the Académie d’Aix. A vibrant tribute to Robert Laurent-Vibert, who made the château a living place for creation, transmission and the welcoming of artists.
Between heritage, classical music and emotion, this evening opens the summer season with a prestigious programme, from Bach to Brahms, via Beethoven and a new work by Dominique de Williencourt.
