Domaine de Canfier - Organic olive oil

Our estate, located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon, in Robion, is home to a 10-hectare organic olive grove, cultivated with care and respect for biodiversity. We favour natural methods of fertilisation and tree treatment, while following the strict standards of the Huile de Provence PDO to guarantee the quality and traceability of our products.

We cherish our 3,000 olive trees, producing an organic oil rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. We preserve the natural beauty of our environment by carefully nourishing our trees with organic clay and compost.

Our single-variety oil is made from Aglandau, a variety of olive typical of the Luberon region, pressed directly on the estate. Available in recyclable containers, our oil is crushed by the local cooperative, La Balméenne de Beaumes-de-Venise.

In addition to our organic oils, we offer a range of delicious products, such as lemon olive oil and black olive paste, all made with the same commitment to quality and respect for the environment.
