Recently renovated using quality materials, the house is both contemporary and authentic, with spacious living areas including a magnificent living room with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows opening directly onto the terrace and garden. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a great space for sharing and exchanging ideas, with direct access to the terrace and garden.
The house has six double bedrooms, four of which have their own private shower or bath. Two of the six bedrooms and one bathroom are in the separate wing of the house.
Outside, a garden planted with trees and a square swimming pool resembling an old pond invite you to relax.
Its location is a real asset, as you only have to leave the property to access all the local shops: bakery, butcher's and mini-market.
