La Cave à Aimé is a family story that began in 2012 and has grown little by little. We first opened a boutique/wine cellar/wine bar in the centre of the charming village of Mérindol, then in Salon de Provence and now on Cheval Blanc. Come and meet us at the Cheval Blanc boutique, where you'll find nothing but great products and a warm, friendly welcome!
Our aim is to offer you good things at the right price, including producer prices on local wines.
We offer free tastings on a selection of wines. We've also been producing olive oil for 100 years, and we'd be delighted to show you our olive oil.
You can also enjoy a glass of wine or a glass of beer and a platter of cheese and/or charcuterie. If you love good food, you've come to the right place!
