This is the promise of the Cellar to Aimé! We are committed to working with environmentally friendly winemakers. That's why we offer you mainly organic wines in our shop. These wines are selected according to our meetings, our trips but also according to your desires and always with the same level of requirement in terms of quality.

You will also find mainly local wines in our shop: Rhône Valley, Ventoux, Provence and of course Luberon! During your visit, also ask to visit La 'Cave à M': the confidential shop of the Cellar in Aimé. This is the aging cellar more nicely called “La Cave à M” for... Vintage!
Wines that are patiently aged to offer them to their best potential. Mainly from the Rhone Valley, Luberon and Burgundy, enjoy these exceptional and ready-to-drink bottles.

Launch of our own ORGANIC olive oil, Made In Luberon!

Some already know it but we are lucky to have an oil mill in the family in the heart of the village of Mérindol in the Luberon. It is passed on from generation to generation, as is the passion for good products, our sensitivity to organic farming, the richness of our terroir and the enhancement of local craftsmanship.

It didn't take more to have the desire to create our own brand of local products: Maison Pierrot in the Luberon!
So here is the No. 1 in the range: Organic Extra Virgin olive oil from Maison Pierrot in the Luberon.

A selection of 100% Luberon olives, grown organically and pressed with a stone wheel in a traditional way.
It can be tasted and discovered in our cellars.
