Conviviality and authenticity are the watchwords of the Bistrot de la Huppe restaurant. The chef, Laurent Garrone, trained by the famous and illustrious Marc Veyrat, 3* Michelin and 20/20 Gault & Millau, and his team, offer refined dishes based on local produce. The menus change regularly, adapting to the rhythm of the seasons to offer the best fresh, local and seasonal produce.
Since 2023, a bar located in the hotel gardens, under an old hayloft, offers classic or signature cocktails with local essences, and aperitif boards, ideal for sharing with a glass of wine from the region or elsewhere.
Musical events are scheduled throughout the season, from June to September (weather permitting), for festive evenings to the rhythm of the music.

From 15/03 to 31/12, daily. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 15 March to 1 May.
