This superb town house has been completely renovated using quality materials and can accommodate two people.

The house comprises a light-filled living space that combines functionality and style, with a fully-equipped modern kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.), a dining area and a cosy sitting room with TV.

The bedroom, a real little cocoon in soothing green tones, has quality 160 x 200 cm bedding. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and toilet.

Outside, there are two terraces, the first on the landing just in front of the entrance, ideal for enjoying your breakfast, and the second on the 2nd floor overlooking St Jacques hill, an idyllic setting for relaxing moments.

There is also a 60 m2 garage where you can park your car.
