The L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - Lagnes - Robion cycling link connects two major areas of Provence: the Pays des Sorgues - Monts de Vaucluse and the Luberon Regional Natural Park. This route offers a pleasant ride through agricultural plains, orchards irrigated by the Sorgue and quiet roads typical of the Vaucluse.
Starting from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known as the “Venice of Comtat”, you reach Robion, the starting point of the Calavon cycle route, with the possibility to extend your ride via Lagnes thanks to the marked connection.
With 16 km to cover, an estimated duration of 0h40 and a maximum altitude of 142 m, this link is ideal for easily connecting two landscape settings between water, orchards and the first foothills of the Luberon.
This cycling link offers a pleasant ride between the irrigated landscapes of the Sorgue and the gateway to the Luberon.
The most pleasant time to ride the L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - Lagnes - Robion cycling link is from March to June and then from September to mid-November. During these periods, temperatures are more comfortable, allowing you to fully enjoy the agricultural landscapes and villages along the route.
