There is a kitchen suitable for your breakfasts, with a Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, central island, wine cellar (wine sales), fridge and freezer.

On the outside terrace, this large bay window offers a view of the floodlit garden and secure swimming pool.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, two terraces, air conditioning and dressing room. Shared bathroom with Italian shower, WC and twin basins.

A shaded terrace outside has a table seating eight, including four for pizza and barbecue.

Additional studio for 4 people:
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. TV lounge with sofa bed that can be converted into a 160 cm bed. The small kitchen has a fridge, freezer and hob. Upstairs, there is a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.
