Moulin à Huile Saint Augustin

In the heart of the Luberon, the Domaine du Moulin Saint Augustin, a former outbuilding of Sénanque Abbey, has been producing olive oil for over 25 years. A shop, holiday cottages and weddings complete the life of this place steeped in history.

Nestled in an 8th-century building, a former outbuilding of Sénanque Abbey, the Domaine du Moulin Saint Augustin perpetuates family know-how in the heart of the Luberon. As producers and farmers, we cultivate our own olive groves and produce olive oil on site that is renowned for its quality and authenticity.
Our shop showcases the mill's production as well as a selection of local products derived from our olive oil. The estate also offers three charming cottages for stays among the olive trees and hosts weddings and events in a natural Provençal setting.

On request, we organise guided tours for groups, offering an immersion in the history of the place and an introduction to olive oil production through the centuries.
