This 110 m² house has 3 levels.

The ground floor comprises :
A large 40 m² living room with vaulted ceiling and :
- a dining room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
- a laundry area under the stairs with washing machine, iron, drying rack and all you need for housework.
And a small 12 m² lounge/bedroom with 1 single bed/bench, TV and large storage cupboards.

The 1st floor has a private double bedroom (12 m²) and a large living room / triple bedroom (40 m²) (which can be converted into 3 single beds or 1 bed in 160 + 1 single bed).
On this floor, you have a shower room with toilet, cupboards, hairdryer and fan heater.

Finally, on the 2nd floor, you arrive on a ‘boudoir-style’ landing that leads to a triple bedroom (also modular). With its mezzanine, exposed beams and view of the bell tower of our church, this room has a very special charm and is very pleasant, even in summer, as it is air-conditioned.
