With On the Way to the Media Library, the intercommunal media library in Maubec invites residents to create a 3-photo report about their daily route, before a collective exhibition from 9 October to 28 November.
On the Way to the Media Library invites everyone to tell the story of their route from home to the media library through a series of three photographs.
You are free to take an artistic look at your journey, tell the story of your daily life or reveal the beauty of your village through your lens.
Each triptych will become part of a collective exhibition at the Maubec media library, creating a mosaic of perspectives, paths and personal stories.
Each participant must submit 3 photographs showing their route from home to the media library.
Photographs must be provided in 20 x 30 cm format. They can also be printed at the media library.
One or more captions may accompany the triptych to describe the perspective taken on this familiar route.
The collected photographs will be brought together in a collective exhibition at the intercommunal media library in Maubec, from 9 October to 28 November 2026.
Each series will reveal a personal view of a familiar route: a street, a detail, a light, a landscape or an everyday moment.
Together, these triptychs will create a sensitive map of the local area, seen through the eyes of those who live there.
