Sommaire
This 45-hectare estate in the Ventoux protected designation of origin faces due south on the sunny slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse.
20 different grape varieties grown.
A rigorous approach to vine management (pruning, disbudding, green harvesting, etc.) ensures low yields and optimum ripeness.
Organic since 2021, we are in our 3rd year of organic conversion.
Olive oil
In the spring of 2000 we planted three olive orchards of the Aglandau or Verdale de Carpentras variety and a few Bouteillan trees to ensure pollination.
These orchards are located on the sunny slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse and for several years we have been producing olives.
These olives are harvested in November and taken to the Moulin du clos des jeannons in Gordes.
The olive oil comes exclusively from our orchards.
- Fruity green
This is a well-balanced oil with aromas of raw artichoke and a hint of ardence. This oil goes very well with hot dishes, summer salads and goat cheese.
- Fruity black
This oil has aromas of candied olives, black tapenade and truffles. It is very smooth in the mouth and goes well with salads, dried vegetables, aioli and mashed potatoes.
