In the heart of the southern Luberon, the MasLauris winery stretches across the heights of Lauris, between the Luberon massif and the Durance valley.
From the vineyards, the view takes in the Luberon range with its emblematic summit, the Mourre Nègre, and extends towards the landscapes of the Pays d’Aix-en-Provence and the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
This exceptional natural setting reflects the philosophy of the estate. To produce elegant and precise wines deeply rooted in their terroir.
Created by Didier and Margeaux Théophile, the estate was born from a shared passion for wine and the Luberon. Their ambition. To develop a demanding vineyard, respectful of nature and capable of revealing the full identity of wines from the Luberon appellation.

Since 2012, the estate has undergone a complete transformation.
The old vines were uprooted to allow the soils to regenerate naturally. After this essential resting period for biodiversity, nearly 12 hectares of vines were replanted using rigorous massal selections. This approach preserves the genetic diversity of the vine and allows the terroir to express its character more faithfully.
At the same time, a modern gravity-fed winery was built. This architecture allows the grapes to be handled through natural flow, without excessive pumping, in order to preserve the quality of the juices and the finesse of the wines.
The entire vineyard is now managed under organic farming practices, in harmony with the environment of the Luberon Regional Natural Park.

In the cellar, vinifications are carried out with care, precision and as naturally as possible in order to respect the harvested grapes. Natural concrete vats are notably used in the production of red wines and help preserve the pure expression of the fruit.
Certified in organic vinification, MasLauris wines express the purity of the fruit, the finesse of the grape varieties and the full identity of the Luberon terroir. Structured reds with notes of spices and dark fruits, generous and expressive rosés, aromatic and elegant whites. Each cuvée reflects a balance between nature, know-how and high standards.

The vineyard brings together the great Mediterranean grape varieties that shape the identity of Luberon wines.

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand. Each plot is carefully monitored to ensure the grapes are picked at optimal ripeness.
The Luberon climate plays a decisive role in this quality. The vines benefit from generous sunshine, tempered by cool summer nights and the regular presence of the mistral wind, which helps maintain the excellent health of the grapes.
