Experience the Sunset Opera Concert

Between sky and stone, Oppède-le-Vieux will host the 9^th edition of the Sunset Concerts from August 15 to 20, 2025. This exceptional lyrical event offers a unique way to experience opera under the stars, at dusk in the magical setting of one of the most beautiful villages of Provence. A rare musical interlude that blends emotion, heritage, and natural beauty.

On the program: La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi
On August 15, 16, and 18 at 9:00 p.m., the Place de la Croix will be transformed into an open-air stage for a stunning performance of La Traviata, the three-act opera by Verdi, inspired by The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas fils. Conducted by Cyril Diederich, musicians from the Paris Symphonic Orchestra will accompany a cast of talented young soloists:
