Vineyards of Domaine Le Novi in La Tour-d’Aigues in the Luberon

Located in La Tour-d’Aigues, Domaine Le Novi is a family-owned estate now run by the fifth generation. Its 28 hectares encompass vineyards, woodland and olive groves on safre soils composed of sand and clay-limestone. The estate grows a wide variety of grape varieties and produces organic wines characterised by the freshness and distinctive qualities of the Luberon.

Two events offer the opportunity to continue exploring the vineyard during August: an aperitif in the heart of the vines, overlooking the Luberon and Sainte-Victoire, or a treasure hunt designed for younger visitors.

Concerts au coucher de soleil in Oppède-le-Vieux

From 14 to 18 August 2026, Oppède-le-Vieux hosts the 10th edition of the Concerts au coucher de soleil, a unique opera event in Provence. In the historic setting of the old village, opera is performed in the open air, at the time when the evening light transforms the stonework and landscapes.

Led by conductor Cyril Diederich, the festival showcases the great voices of tomorrow and creates a moving encounter between music, heritage and emotion. A powerful cultural experience in the heart of summer in the Luberon.

From 7 to 22 August 2026, the Festival Durance Luberon returns for its 29th edition, dedicated to music that can be seen as well as heard. Travelling, eclectic and friendly, the festival takes over several heritage venues across the South Luberon and along the banks of the Durance.

Jazz, opera, Corsican singing, Cuban salsa, operatic recitals, French-American soul and Baroque music make up a varied programme. Each evening combines music, heritage and a summer atmosphere in venues that give the listening experience a distinctive character.
