Easter Egg Hunt

The Vignères Festivities Committee and the Amicale Laïque invite you to a joyful family day to celebrate Easter. An egg hunt, pétanque, pony rides, Billy Billy farm animals, and bouncy castles will be on the program to delight both kids and parents alike!
From 11 a.m., children under 10 can join the egg hunt in the park—a fun-filled moment to celebrate Easter the right way!
Starting at 1:00/1:30 p.m., it’s pétanque time! A friendly tournament where young and old can play together.
And for the food lovers, the festivities continue with a refreshment stand, a food truck, and a sweet treats booth. Enough to satisfy every craving!

On Sunday 20 and Monday 21, the first Renaissance castle in Provence becomes a real adventure playground for young and old alike.
Armed with curiosity and a keen eye, follow Coco Bunny through the castle’s rooms. With riddles to solve and clues to find, this Easter treasure hunt promises a fun-filled, family-friendly experience full of surprises! And because every mission deserves a reward... a chocolate treat awaits all participants at the end!

At 10:30 a.m., it’s time for the Easter treasure hunt specially designed for children under 10. Riddles, games, and surprises will guide them along the way, to the delight of little explorers. Their reward? A lovely bag of chocolates to take home! (For children under 10 only)
At 11:30 a.m., extend the morning with a guided tour of the mill followed by a tasting of the estate’s olive oils and products. The perfect opportunity to discover local know-how and delight the taste buds of both young and old.

Sunny days are back... and so is La Glacière!
Starting Saturday, April 5, La Glacière reopens its doors on the charming Étang square in Cucuron, much to the delight of all food lovers! Artisanal ice cream, homemade crêpes, and refreshing drinks like house-made granitas await you—perfect for enjoying in the sun by the pond!
Special reopening offer: on Saturday, April 5, come dressed in a striped sailor shirt and get a free crêpe! A fun event not to be missed for all sweet-toothed visitors, big and small!
From April 14 to 16, La Glacière will also host free activities for children with traditional wooden games available for everyone to enjoy.
Via Ferrata: the perfect playground for adventurous families
For kids who dream of adventure and thrills, the Via Ferrata in Cavaillon offers an exhilarating experience right in the heart of the city! The Cavaillon Via Ferrata features a cliffside route called “La Via Natura,” designed for young climbers over 1.30m tall.
This 2-hour discovery itinerary is the perfect opportunity for your little adventurers to test their courage and agility. Fully equipped and safe, children will experience the joy of climbing while enjoying breathtaking views of the Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse, and Mont Ventoux (...). It’s the ideal activity to build self-confidence and a love for physical challenges. If it’s their first time, we strongly recommend going with a professional guide. Teens will love it!
Ride as a family through the Luberon trails!
Explore the Luberon by bike—a fun and eco-friendly way to discover the region. Many safe cycling routes are available, giving the whole family the chance to pedal through stunning landscapes. For a perfect family ride, we recommend the Calavon greenway, part of the Mediterranean by Bike route (EuroVelo 8), located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park. A car-free, flat, and nature-filled itinerary—ideal for all ages!
Starting from Cavaillon, enjoy a peaceful ride through the Luberon countryside. It’s the perfect way for little ones to hop back on their bikes while exploring the great outdoors under the Provençal sun. After all, cycling is a fun and engaging way for children to discover the world around them!
Walk around the bird observatory in Mérindol
Treat your children to a full-scale nature experience by exploring the wildlife of the Luberon. Around the Mérindol bird observatory, this walk through the garrigue invites both young and old to observe, listen, and learn.
With binoculars in hand, set off in search of local species that inhabit this preserved area. A fun, calming, and educational activity—perfect for sparking curiosity in young explorers!
Throughout the first half of 2025, local volunteer groups from LPO PACA—“Luberon Monts de Vaucluse” and “Pays Salonais”—will continue to alternate hosting monthly birdwatching sessions at the Mérindol observatory.
Explore the villages of Gordes and Lourmarin in a fun way
Gordes and Lourmarin, two gems of the Luberon, can also be explored through a child’s eyes. Visit these two villages—both officially listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”—with our activity booklets! These playful booklets allow children to dive into the local history and architecture while discovering the cultural heritage through games, riddles, tangrams... all while observing, guessing, and solving clever challenges!
In Lourmarin, you’ll explore the streets and discover the House of Philippe de Girard, Place de l’Ormeau, the Covered Fountain, Place de Castellas, the Church, the Three Masks Fountain, the temple, and the château.
In Gordes, the trail leads you to the Château, the Fountain, the Church, Saint-Jacques Hospital, Porte de Savoie, the Washhouse, and the terraced viewpoints throughout the village.

Thrills and fun at the Maubec pumptrack
