Welcome to the Cave du Luberon
Welcome to the Cave du Luberon, a winegrowing treasure nestled in the heart of Provence in Maubec. Founded in 1923, this wine co-operative is the fruit of the passionate work of 100 producers who cultivate vines spread across the Luberon mountains (Maubec, Oppède, Ménerbes) and the Monts de Vaucluse (Cabrières d'Avignon, Gordes). It stands out for its commitment to producing environmentally-friendly wines, offering a varied range of AOP Luberon and Ventoux, IGP Méditerranée and organic wines.
The wines
The Cave du Luberon sells only wines from its own terroirs in the Luberon (the northern slopes of the Massif) and Ventoux (the southern slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse). Their best-selling wines include "Les Bories" (red, white and rosé), "ALIDON" (red, white and rosé) and "Les Promises" (red). You can even discover and buy these wines online, giving you easy access to these exceptional products.
Innovation and quality
La Cave du Luberon stands out for its advanced technological approach and qualified team, dedicated to producing exceptional wines. With night-time harvesting to preserve the freshness of the grapes, the winery is equipped with modern facilities: four pneumatic presses, stainless steel and lined concrete vats, latest-generation pumps and a high-performance cooling system. The special attention paid to inerting at every stage of production guarantees the superior quality of its wines. The winery also has a state-of-the-art vinification cellar for red wines, where the wine is matured in concrete vats or, for certain special cuvées, in a barrel cellar.
