Building of the Cave du Luberon, wine cooperative and tasting cellar in Luberon

Located in Maubec and founded in 1923, the Cave du Luberon brings together almost 75 producers who carefully cultivate vines between the Luberon mountains (Maubec, Oppède, Menerbes, Robion) and the Monts de Vaucluse (Cabrières d'Avignon, Gordes, Roussillon, Robion) and the Monts de Vaucluse (Cabrières d'Avignon, Gordes, Roussillon, Robion) and the Monts de Vaucluse (Cabrières d'Avignon, Gordes, Roussillon, Robion) and the Monts de Vaucluse (Cabrières d'Avignon, Gordes, Roussillon, Robion).

It is distinguished by its commitment to the production of wines that respect the environment, offering a varied range of wines from AOP Luberon and Ventoux, IGP Mediterranean, and organic wines.

The wines

La Cave du Luberon only sells wines from its terroirs in Luberon (north side of the massif) and Ventoux (south slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse). Among their best sellers, the wines “Les Bories” (red, white, rosé), “ALIDON” (red, white, rosé), and “Les Promises” (red) stand out. You can even discover and buy these wines online, thus facilitating access to these exceptional products.

Innovation and quality

The Cave du Luberon is distinguished by its advanced technological approach and its qualified team, dedicated to the production of exceptional wines. With night harvesting to preserve the freshness of the grapes, the winery is equipped with modern facilities: four pneumatic presses, stainless steel and lined concrete tanks, latest generation pumps and an efficient cooling system. The particular attention paid to inerting at each stage of production guarantees the superior quality of its wines. In addition, the cellar has a modern vinification cellar for red wines, where aging is done in concrete tanks or, for some special cuvees, in a barrel cellar.
